Acrylic and oil paint on paper
Signed and numbered catalog with original work on paper, edition of 50
Hugo Tieleman (1982, Eindhoven, the Netherlands) explores the reality of the contemporary landscape. His work is based on the relation between culture and nature. Nature is increasingly something we recreate. An artificial experience influenced by globalization, urbanization, industrialization and individualization.
In 2015 Hugo Tieleman had his first solo presentation at Noordbrabants Museum. His works are included in many important private collections.
International contemporary art - young art in context
Livingstone gallery was established in 1991 and focuses on contemporary painting, drawing and sculpture of international significance. Exhibitions included James Brown, Jannis Kounellis, Sol LeWitt, Arnulf Rainer and the last exhibition of Robert Rauschenberg.
